1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Gözetim Danışmanlık İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş..
2. Data Processed and Purpose
This site is primarily an information platform. During your visit, the minimum technical data necessary for the operation and security of the site (e.g. anonymous access logs) is processed. In addition, visit-statistics cookies run only if you give explicit consent (see section 3). Contact details you send us by e-mail are processed solely to respond to your request, within the framework of Art. 5 of the KVKK.
3. Cookies
Two types of cookies are used. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to work; your cookie preference is stored this way and no consent is required for them. Analytics cookies measure which pages are read; Google Analytics (GA4) is used for this and runs only if "Accept" is selected. The default is decline.
No advertising or profiling cookies are used. The site contains no Google Ads remarketing tag, Meta pixel or similar tracking tool.
Transfer abroad. Google Analytics servers are located abroad; if you accept analytics cookies, your visit data is transferred abroad (KVKK Art. 9). The legal basis for this transfer is your explicit consent. If consent is not given, no transfer takes place.
Changing your preference. A cookie preference bar is shown on your first visit. To change your decision, clear the site data in your browser (site settings → cookies and site data); the bar will appear again. When you withdraw consent, previously written analytics cookies are deleted.
4. Linked Third-Party Sites
Our site may contain links to external sites for related services (e.g. gozetimosgb.com.tr, mobilsagliktaramasi.com). When you visit those sites, their own privacy and data protection policies apply; this platform is not responsible for the data processing activities of linked third-party sites.
5. Your Rights
Under Art. 11 of the KVKK, you may contact bilgi@casmer.com.tr to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request correction or deletion, and to exercise your other rights.
