Mobile Occupational Health Vehicle

Summary. A mobile occupational health vehicle is a specially designed road vehicle licensed for the purpose of providing medical examination services and collecting and transporting samples, with its specifications set out in the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Medical Examinations for the Health Surveillance of Employees; it is the vehicle of the "we come to you" approach, bringing the mobile health screening service to the workplace where the employee is located.

What Is a Mobile Occupational Health Vehicle?

According to the definition in Art.4 of the Regulation, a mobile occupational health vehicle is a specially designed road vehicle licensed for the purpose of providing medical examination services and collecting and transporting samples, with its specifications set out in this Regulation. Instead of requiring employees to come to a fixed medical examination facility, it brings the service to the workplace where the employee is located; in this respect, it is the physical instrument of the mobile health screening service.
